1 Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "GTCU") is to define the terms and conditions of access to and use of the services offered by E-visa.org, operated by SAVESMART LTD, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the United Kingdom, registered under number 13722411, whose registered office is located at 126 Aldersgate Street, London, United Kingdom, EC1A 4JQ.
E-visa.org is a private administrative assistance platform enabling its users to submit applications for e-visas and electronic travel authorisations for a growing number of countries requiring this type of entry authorisation.
The services provided by E-visa.org are not subject to any official affiliation with the governments of the countries concerned and do not imply any guarantee as to the acceptance of the applications submitted, this being left to the discretion of the relevant government authorities.
2. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use
Access to the E-visa.org platform and use of the services offered are subject to unreserved acceptance of these GTCU. The user expressly declares that he/she has read the GTU in their entirety and agrees to be bound by them.
SAVESMART LTD reserves the right to modify, complete or update these GTU at any time. The modifications will be immediately enforceable as soon as they are published on the site. The user is invited to consult the TOS regularly to ensure that he/she is informed of any updates.
3. Services provided by E-visa.org
The services provided by E-visa.org include, but are not limited to:
- The provision of dematerialised access to e-visa and electronic travel authorisation application forms for a selection of countries;
- The verification of the information provided by the user to ensure that it complies with the administrative requirements of the countries concerned;
- The submission of the application, once verified, to the competent authorities of the destination country;
- The provision of customer support to answer questions related to the e-visa application process.
4. Pricing and payment terms
The fees applied for the provision of the services provided by E-visa.org are made up of the following elements:
- Administrative fees relating to the provision of assistance with the submission of the application;
- Government fees required by the authorities of the country concerned for the processing of the e-visa application;
- "Electronic Platform Fees", which cover the use of the secure electronic platform for the submission and processing of applications. These fees include access to online services, file management and the digital infrastructure required to transmit applications. The total amount of the fee is calculated on the basis of the information provided by the user and the requirements specific to the destination country, as well as the type of visa requested. The final amount is indicated at the end of the application form, before any submission.
Payment must be made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and is processed by a third-party service provider that complies with PCI DSS security standards. VAT: The amounts displayed include, where applicable, VAT in accordance with current tax regulations, which may vary depending on the user's country of residence. If VAT is not included, it will be specified separately at the time of invoicing.
Due to the dematerialised and immediate nature of the services provided, the fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted, regardless of the outcome of the e-visa application procedure.
5. Eligibility requirements
The user must ensure that he/she meets all the eligibility requirements laid down by the authorities of the destination country in order to be able to submit an e-visa application.
These criteria may include, but are not limited to:
- The nationality of the user;
- The reason for the trip (tourism, business, transit, etc.);
- The compliance with the requirements laid down by the authorities of the destination country.);
- Compliance with any restrictions or prohibitions imposed by the country of destination.
E-visa.org is not responsible for the acceptance or rejection of visa applications by the relevant authorities and cannot under any circumstances be held liable if the user does not meet the eligibility criteria of the relevant government authorities.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials on the E-visa.org site, including but not limited to logos, graphics, images, text, video, software and databases, are protected by intellectual property rights. These elements remain the exclusive property of SAVESMART LTD or its partners. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or use of these elements is strictly prohibited and exposes the user to legal action.
7. Responsibility of E-visa.org
SAVESMART LTD makes every effort to ensure the quality and availability of the services offered by E-visa.org, however, no guarantee can be given as to the acceptance of visa applications submitted by users. E-visa.org cannot be held responsible for visa refusals, delays in processing applications, or any other consequences related to the decision of the relevant authorities.
In addition, SAVESMART LTD accepts no responsibility in the event of force majeure, technical problems or any circumstances beyond its control which may affect the availability or proper functioning of the services.
8. Protection of personal data
For all information relating to the collection, use and protection of users' personal data, please consult our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these TOS. SAVESMART LTD is committed to complying with regulations on the protection of personal data, including the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These TOU are governed by UK law. In the event of any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance hereof, the competent courts of London, United Kingdom, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
